Packing List

Outer Shores Lodge is situated in a temperature rainforest on the rugged and remote west coast of Vancouver
Island. The lodge is a casual place with no clothing requirements while relaxing and dining inside, however for
excursions and activities outside it’s wise to arrive prepared for the elements and we recommend packing
comfortable, functional clothing including proper raingear. Average daily temperatures during the summer
range from 10-20°C with overnight lows between 10-15°C. High humidity tends to make it feel a bit colder.

When packing, think layered clothing systems comprised of wool, down, polyester, or fleece that work together
and can be easily added or removed. If you have additional questions about what to pack, please contact us. The
